You may install this version of WBid on any computer that you own but it can not be used on more than one computer at the same instant in time.

Title to this program remains at all times with C. David Newton. When you pay for the software, you pay for a license to use it; you did not purchase the program itself.

What does this mean?

You may install this version of WBid on any computer that you own but it can not be used on more than one computer at the same instant in time.

It is acceptable to install WBid on both your laptop and desktop computers. However, you cannot use both copies at the same time. Nor can there be the possibility that it could be used at the same time. For example, you cannot install WBid on a computer in a crash pad, even though it is your computer, because the possibility exists that somebody else could use WBid at the same time you are using it on your laptop.

You may only use WBid for personal use. It is not to be used for commercial purposes such as, but not limited to, Bid Services.

You cannot be compensated in any manner for using WBid. This does not preclude you from submitting a bid for a friend. However, it would be a technical violation of the license to be compensated directly, or in trade, for bidding for someone else. The license only permits your personal use of WBid.
